Few companies have been hit harder by the severity and suddenness of the global economic crisis than Asias manufacturers. With unemployment on the rise, credit tight, and uncertainty high after the financial meltdown on Wall Street.
The European Commission on Wednesday set out guidelines on the bonuses of risk-taking staff in the financial services sector in response to the global financial crisis. The guidelines cover the structure of pay.
